Amplify Montana Advisory Board

MFBN is dedicated to building a program for Lived Experts, by Lived Experts. The Amplify Montana Advisory Board (AMAB) will work with our Empowerment Specialist to develop the Big Sky Leadership Academy (BSLA) that will assist Lived Experts in developing leadership, public speaking, and advocacy skills and develop opportunities to share their perspectives with the community, program administrators, and elected officials.

The Amplify Montana Advisory Board started in April 2022. This group of lived experts continues to guide the Amplify Montana initiative and the policy work of the Montana Food Bank Network through their lived experience in food insecurity and nutrition programs. If you, or someone you know, have experience with poverty, food insecurity and/or navigating public assistance programs and would be interested in joining AMAB, please reach out to Aubrey Godbey, MFBN’s Empowerment Specialist.
