Chief Operations Officer

The Montana Food Bank Network’s team is dedicated to building community awareness and creating an
efficient food distribution network to eliminate hunger. Staff is committed to embodying the Food Bank’s
values in all activities. Relationships are based on collaboration and respect. Resources are leveraged in a
manner that is strategic and cost-effective in order to achieve the Network’s mission and goals.

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a proven leader that is skilled at developing people, processes, and
teams. The COO is responsible for the oversight of all Montana Food Bank Network operations including food
distribution, logistics, inventory, food and workplace safety, compliance, and facilities and fleet management.
The COO will collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to support the
Montana Food Bank Network’s mission, strategic plan, policies, goals, and objectives.

Major Gifts Specialist

The Montana Food Bank Network’s team is dedicated to building community awareness and creating an efficient food distribution network to eliminate hunger. Staff is committed to embodying the Food Bank’s values in all activities.  Relationships are based on collaboration and respect.  Resources are leveraged in a manner that is strategic and cost-effective in order to achieve the Network’s mission and goals.

The Major Gifts Specialist is a highly energetic and positive professional with a track record of building donor relationships and closing gifts over $2,500 in a team environment under supervision of the Chief Development Officer.  This individual will adhere to the highest ethical standards, demonstrate empathetic disposition and perseverance, and respect for neighbors in need who we serve.

Fund Development and Grant Coordinator

The Fund Development and Grant Coordinator is responsible for implementing MFBN’s fund development plan, targeting financial goals to support the fiscal year operating budget with a special emphasis on growing and cultivating new foundation and corporate support.  The Coordinator will work closely with the Chief Development Officer and Major Gifts Specialist coordinating relationship development with entry to mid-level donors and cultivating grant opportunities as their primary responsibility.
