I was born in Hamilton but moved to eastern South Dakota on my second birthday and grew up there. My family road tripped to Missoula yearly to visit family and I developed a love for Montana early on. This led to my decision to attend the University of Montana for college and I have been here ever since.

I am passionate about working with and helping our neighbors throughout Montana. I am happiest and most fulfilled when I get to work directly with people to hopefully make a positive impact in our communities and in the lives of our neighbors! I previously managed the kitchen and food pantry at the Poverello Center and am incredibly excited to once again be working to end hunger in Montana!

FUN FACTS!

  • I love animals and have an Australian Shepherd named Rio, a Pitbull named Maeby, and five chickens: Tammy, Winona, Mootsie, Chili, and Pat. They all get along greatly.
  • I couldn’t live without music and have traveled to see my favorite band, My Morning Jacket, more than 30 times. I also love collecting and listening to vinyl records and have a collection of more than 700 albums.
  • I love exploring and spending time in nature by way of hiking, camping, backpacking, canoeing, rafting, hunting, and fishing.
  • I have a love for movies and once watched the movie Groundhog Day 7 times in a row at a local theater in order to win unlimited free admission to movies for a year.
  • I am a big sports fan and especially love to cheer on the Minnesota Twins, Vikings, and Timberwolves.
  • Bonus: My favorite hobby is yardwork.
