Looking for a leadership role where your CDL, transportation experience, and people skills can make a real difference?

Montana Food Bank Network is hiring a Transportation Manager to lead the people and systems that keep food moving across Montana.

This isn’t a desk-only management job. We’re looking for a hands-on transportation leader who understands what it takes to operate safely on the road, support and develop CDL drivers, maintain a reliable fleet, and keep a complex transportation operation running smoothly.

This is a unique opportunity for a technology leader who wants to build, not just maintain. Montana Food Bank Network is a mission-driven organization of approximately 25 employees, and our CTIO will lead an IT department of one—meaning you’ll have executive-level influence while still working hands-on with the systems and people who rely on them every day. You’ll have the opportunity to modernize our technology environment, lead major projects, strengthen cybersecurity and data practices, and thoughtfully introduce AI and automation where they can make a real difference. We’re looking for someone who can see what’s possible, build the roadmap to get us there, and bring people with varying levels of technical experience along for the journey—all while using technology to strengthen our mission of addressing hunger across Montana.

▶ CDL Class A Driver and Warehouse Worker

Drive with purpose. Deliver more than food.

Montana Food Bank Network is looking for a CDL Class A Driver & Warehouse Worker to help move food—and our mission—across Montana. In this role, you’ll get out on the road, serve communities throughout the state, and work alongside a team committed to making sure Montanans have access to the food they need. You’ll split your time between driving and hands-on warehouse work, including loading, unloading, order fulfillment, and supporting our statewide distribution operation.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in safe driving, dependable work, great service, and being part of a team. You’ll need a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical certificate, but Hazmat and Doubles/Triples endorsements are not required.

Starting pay: $28.15–$30.15/hour, depending on experience, with overtime eligibility.
