▸Major Gifts Specialist
The Major Gifts Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing a major gift portfolio with an emphasis on ensuring that as many donors as possible are retained. The Major Gift Specialist will focus on all aspects of relationship management including growing the donor’s knowledge of the organization, involvement, and financial support. ▸Chief Human Resources Officer
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy. The role is focused on leading the company’s people strategy and providing strategic HR guidance and direction. The CHRO will oversee all aspects of the company’s human resources operations, including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
