Dalton grew up in Clancy, Montana, which is just outside of Helena. Montana has shaped who he is, and in 2018 he moved to Missoula to complete his studies. Missoula is where Dalton has chosen to put down roots. His passion for Montana Food Bank Network is rooted in both personal experience and professional purpose. Dalton understands the importance of strong, accessible support systems and believes no one should ever experience food insecurity. His goal is to help strengthen the systems, people, and partnerships that make that vision possible. Dalton considers the best part of being a CHRO in this space to be knowing that how he shows up for MFBN employees directly shapes how we show up for our communities, expanding MFBN’s capacity to serve.
